Foundation Models and AI-Enabled Enterprise Software
Frontier and Foundation Models are academic terms to designate the class of generative AI, deep learning, large-language models that are general-purpose technologies pre-trained (via self-supervision at scale) on significantly large corpuses of data (typically unlabeled data) that can then be adapted (e.g., fine-tuned) to many uses.
Enterprise software platforms are incorporating AI into their products. Here are a few examples.
AI Tools Repositories
- AI for Work. LLM prompts for work situations
- futuretools.io. Collects and organizes AI tools list
- Trustradius. Product reviews for various AI tools
- AI Tools Directory. Repository of AI tools
- Futurepedia. Repository of AI tools
- AI tools search. Repository of AI tools
- AI Library. Repository of AI tools
AI tools repositories can be helpful to understand the availability of specific AI offerings, product options and for general knowledge. Tools that are found via AI tools search-sites (as those listed above) can be set up as pay-for-listings. Consequently, they cannot be guaranteed to present solutions that are functionally-sound, risk-managed or otherwise reliable. If you are interested in finding AI tools for your needs, consider our AI Toolsfinder™ service designed to find trusted, vetted and viable AI solutions best aligned to your business needs.
